- I live underwater. When I was younger, my mother hijacked a school bus and drove me and the other kids to Stony Brook State Park. We got in for free. The day was spent jumping down waterfalls and roasting marshmallows. I was inspired and have been painting ever since. My father once said to me, "I can't remember the face of GOD, like most people, but I know in my heart that something amazing happened way back when." Later that day he went to the pool hall and cleaned house. This too inspired me a great deal.
